Footage from Hebron shows a large group of Israeli settlers holding a music festival in the Ibrahimi Mosque. The Ibrahimi Mosque was the site of the 1994 terror attack during which an Israeli settler killed 29 Palestinian worshippers in the month of Ramadan. The mosque holds significant value to Muslims, who believe it was built above the tomb of Prophet Ibrahim. The site is also important to Jews, who call it the Cave of the Patriarchs. Following the Six-Day War in 1967, Israel occupied Hebron and the West Bank and turned a substantial part of the mosque into a synagogue.
